Dalchatha Maereegh was a high priest of Moander, the Rotting God, during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

In addition to being the high priest of the Hidden Glades temple in the Chondalwood, Maereegh was also the Mouth of Moander—a title given to the highest ranking servant of Moander and the leader of the god's cult. She attained this title upon the death of the previous holder, Mogion, in the Year of the Prince, 1357 DR.[1]
Dalchatha controlled a vast network of spies and special task forces. She kept Moander fed with an endless supply of victims. In exchange, Moander blessed her with perpetual youth.[1]
