Dargoth was a merchant who was a member of the Peldar Merchant Fleet, but he was also one of the Wearers of the Purple of the Cult of the Dragon in Sembia.[1]

As a leader of the Cult, he was involved in the hunt for Shandril Shessair in 1357 DR.[2][1]
