Darkhope's Road, formerly known as Peakskirt Trail,[1] was a trail found in eastern Tethyr and the Lake of Steam region of south Faerûn.[1][2][3][4][5] It was rarely ever featured on maps made by northerners.[1]
Description[]
Darkhope's Road was paved and narrower than the more prominent Golden Road.[1]
Geography[]
The trail originated in Kzelter. It stretched southeast for approximately 150 miles (240 kilometers) before meeting the Tyrant's Road at the crossing at the River Mintar.[2][3][4][5]
Notable Locations[]
Mintar was found along Darkhope's Road where the River Mintar emptied into the Lake of Steam. The Narrows Trail branched south from Darkhope's Road northwest of Mintar.[2][3][4][5]
