Dartwell was a half-elf market grifter in Waterdeep in the 1470s DR.[2]
History[]
In 1476 DR, Dartwell entered into Undermountain after fleeing from the City Watch after swindling some merchants. Feeling weary, he decided to sit for a moment in the Hall of Sleeping Kings, and stayed asleep
He may have been awoken in 1479 DR.[2]
