Devil's eye was a divination spell that gave the caster a devil's eyesight.[1][2]
Effects[]
On casting devil's eye, the caster's eyes gained the eyesight of a devil. However, it was a downgraded version of it.[1][2] Devils could see through magical darkness, even that created by deeper darkness.[3] This spell's recipient could see through normal darkness, but only to a range of 30 ft (9.14 m) through magical darkness.[1][2]
Components[]
The casting of devil's eye required somatic and verbal components.[1][2]
