Dlamaerztus was a Red Wizard of Thay in the mid-14th century DR.[1]

He was part of a cabal together with Thaltar Glaervar, Norlarram, Quaerlesz, Iyrtaryld, Olorus, and six other Red Wizards.[1]
History[]
In 1369 DR, Dlamaerztus was attending a meeting with several of his fellow Red Wizards, where Iyrtaryld demonstrated an illusion of his newest magical development, the Hungry Mouth. While he got some feedback on it, the table at which they sat was hurled upwards by a colossal entity made of stone which smashed Dlamaerztus, killing him instantly. That was the Simbul's doing.[1]
