The dracolich's eye was a magical necklace holding the eye of Karliath, found in Myth Drannor during the late 14th century DR.[1][note 1]

The necklace was made from a long chain worn around the neck, from which hung the preserved eyeball of the great dracolich Karliath.[1]
Powers[]
The eye made the wearer a sneakier and more ruthless fighter, and could drive them into a killing frenzy once blood was spilled.[1]
History[]
The necklace was made from the eye of Karliath, who was left in the Cult of the Dragon base in Myth Drannor. The Elves of Cormanthor were sent there by Phathroi to destroy Karliath and the Red Wizards of Kathul Sep.[1]
