Dragon loyalist's visage was a unique artifact mask, both magnificent and regal in its design, created sometime before the late 15th century DR.[1]

The mask gave its wearer certain gravitas that commanded the attention and respect of all dragonkin. It greatly increased the wearer's physical strength and defenses in battle, as well as greatly boosted their vitality. When its wearer commanded a dragon or dragonkin mount, companion, summoned creature, or an ally, the mask granted the wearer additional boons that depended on the type of the commanded creature.[1]
History[]
By the 1480s DR, the Cult of the Dragon posessed the dragon loyalist's visage. The Cult's leaders, who helmed a skirmish on the shores of the isle of Tuern, brought the artifact into battle against the defenders, heroes, and adventurers and the Lords' Alliance forces. When the Cult's men were defeated, the mask was retrieved by the forces of Neverwinter.[1]
