Drawmij[note 1] was a great mage from Oerth[2] who was known to have visited Toril.[3] He was known by a few inhabitants of the Realms, and his spells were used throughout.[2]
Description[]
The Oerthly wizard's known spells in the Realms were Drawmij's instant summons[4][5][6] and Drawmij's marvelous shield.[7]
History[]
In the 14th century DR, Khelben Arunsun thought of the "great Drawmij of Oerth" when imagining a spell that was made to penetrate magic fog.[2] In the same century, Drawmij visited Raven's Bluff, where he told stories to the public.[3]
