The Dreamheart was first found in modern times by the kuo-toa Nogah in 1395 DR, in a drowned and destroyed illithid city deep under the Sea of Fallen Stars in Serôs.[2]

DescriptionEdit

The Dreamheart was a black stone, not quite spherical,[1] about the size of a human's head.[3]

AbilitiesEdit

The Dreamheart had great unknown power.[1] The Dreamheart used telepathy to send its wielder visions, sounds, and information.[4]
