Duncan was one of Field General Marcus Rubicon's staff in the Vast in the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

History[]
Alongside his fellow staffer Malcom, Duncan was part of Field General Marcus Rubicon's staff. He was present during the meeting in which the Field General sent adventurers to the nearby protectorate of Stag Falls, as the village's taxes had not been paid, and the patrol he sent to investigate had failed to return. Duncan, personally, briefed the adventurers on the background of Stag Falls itself.[1]
