Stormlord Elort Rhomsivin was the leader of the House of Winds, a temple dedicated to Talos, located in Westgate in the Year of Shadows, 1358 DR.[1]

Elort was the leader of Talos' faithful in Westgate. His congregation within the temple consisted of three other priests and four followers. Elort was a specialty priest of Talos known as a Stormlord.[1]
