The psychic aura exuded by divine minds of the fate mantle granted greater insight, allowing the manifester and nearby allies to alter the probability of their luck one or more times each, depending upon the the expertise of the divine mind.[2]
Powers[]
Novice manifesters gained defensive and offensive precognitive abilities, as well as a clairvoyant sense. As a manifester progressed further they obtained greater precognition, the more enhanced clairvoyance of remote viewing, and further power to alter probabilities with Fate of One. Masters of this mantle obtained the power of metafaculty, allowing them to receive visions of a creature's whereabouts.[1]
