Fel'rekt Lafeen (pronounced: /ˈfɛlrɛkt lɑːˈfinFEL-rekt lah-FEEN[2]) was one of the top agents of the Bregan D'aerthe in Waterdeep during the early 1490s DR.[3]

Activities[]

Fel'rekt, together with Soluun Xibrindas and Krebbyg Masq'il'yr, was tasked by Jarlaxle with doing dirty deeds in the city.[3] Fel'rekt and Krebbyg preferred to act during the night.[4] Fel'rekt resided at the Scarlet Marpenoth ship, where he cleaned his firearm.[5]

History[]

Fel'rekt was born female but at some point changed to being male. However, disgusted with the treatment of males in drow society, he joined Bregan D'aerthe. Almost immediately, Jarlaxle was impressed with Fel'rekt, who volunteered for all the most dangerous missions.[1]

In 1492 DR,[note 1] if Jarlaxle managed to obtain the Stone of Golorr, then Fel'rekt and Krebbyg confronted some adventurers first in Mistshore, where they had the support of the Lantanese mechanical dragon turtle Big Belchy,[6] and again in the Dock Ward.[7]

Personality[]

Fel'rekt lacked the typical drow cruelty and killed opponents only if he had no other options. He was the most loyal lieutenant of Jarlaxle.[1]

Relationship[]

Fel'rekt and Krebbyg were a working team.[1]

Possessions[]

Like his fellow Soluun Xibrindas and Krebbyg Masq'il'yr, Fel'rekt was equipped with Lantanese firearms.[8]

Notes[]

  1. Canon material does not provide a year for the events described in Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, but Christopher Perkins answered a question via Twitter and stated the year was 1492 DR. Corroborating this, Dragon Heist page 20 refers to events of Death Masks (set in 1491 DR) as being "last year". Unless a canon source contradicts this assertion, this wiki will use 1492 DR for events related to this sourcebook and Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage (which is referenced on pages 5 and 98 of Dragon Heist).
