Forthar Helvenstron was a Zhentilar commander involved in the Zhent invasion of Shadowdale in 1375 DR.[1]

Forthar was a Zhentilar commander who was part of the Zhentarim Occupation Army in Shadowdale in 1375 DR.
When the fighting in the dale increased, he gathered as many villagers as possible. In order to terrify the population, his plan was to slaughter them all in the debased Shrine of Mystra. However, his troops were attacked at the bridge on the River Ashaba by some adventurers and he was killed.[2]
