Is it under fair use to implement pictures of old magazines from Paizo, I have laying around? I am not sure if it is allowed to use scanned pictures or in some cases to take them from the downloaded pdf-files, wich Paizo offered on their homepage for sale.

My understanding is that if you use the cover of the magazine, for illustrative purposes relating to that magazine, then it's acceptable. This is how Amazon and other sites (such as us!) are able to use images of book covers. If you do upload these images, the {{Non-free image}} tag would be appropriate.
