Hello! I was wondering if we should use the Blood Wars card game as a resource here. On the one hand it is neither Forgotten Realms nor D&D material, but a card game based on Planescape. On the other hand the cards feature many elements which are also Realms canon (Outer Planes, creatures, deities and divine realms). The card texts, as far as I could see in this very nice resource can add little, if anything, but then there are the images. Many may come from Planescape sources but I think some are unique.

So all in all I would like to include them here. Opinions?

If we decide to use Blood Wars in the end, should that be mentioned under the Appearances or Further Reading heading of an article?

In general, non-FR sources are not used.

While it may give core lore that's relevant to the Realms, I doubt a card would give much that's different or new from what we already have in the core sourcebooks. It's also a distinctly Planescape-branded product, and I don't want the FRW to have any more of other settings than it really needs, so as not to look like a general D&D wiki. So, I'd rather not have it on the FRW, except for any card that had an specific Realms focus or link. However, scanning the list of cards, I doubt there is one.

I don't see why we can't cite them where necessary, or use the art, though I doubt we need to make an article about them. Treat them like any other Planescape source, IMO, and just use them as they apply to Realms stuff and Realms cosmology
