Hello everyone. I am sort of new to this community so please bear with me. I already know that when it comes to spellcasters, there are three sources. Divine, Arcane and Primal. I also know that there are spellcasters that use each and that the core classes sort of match each other. For example, I know that Invokers are considered the divine version of Sorcerers. However, I cant wrap my head around the comparisons for the other classes.

With this said, I ask you more experienced and knowledgable for a guide that lists the key types of spellcasters and which class is a counterpart to which.

Thank You.

Thanks for the coming to the wiki. This question is related more to the general 4th-edition Dungeons & Dragons, not to the Forgotten Realms, so we might not be able to help you. I didn't really follow 4th edition. But you only need to compare their roles: see which are the strikers, controllers, defenders, and leaders to find which are counterparts.
