I brought this up on the talk page, but I feel it might be worth repeating here where it's less likely to get lost in the wiki activity. Polyhedron 75's Everwinking Eye article by Ed Greenwood clarifies that Kazgoroth is definitively meant to be Bhaal's avatar, rather than Malar's. It also calls out Kazgoroth as the correct spelling over Kazgaroth. While Dungeon magazine 196 contradicts the former (possibly as part of the broader policy of cutting down on the Faerûnian Pantheon in 4E, possibly as a result of not having read Ed's corrections as the Polyhedron newszine is kind of on the periphery of the FR archive), it supports the latter, and I think a page rename back to Kazgoroth is in order.
