So, I'm starting another crazy project, but I need some help. I'd like to start tracking a giant list of all records in the Realms, by this I mean a listing of facts (with citations) about all the superlatives—the biggest, smallest, fastest, slowest, strongest, weakest, richest, poorest, longest, shortest, etc., etc.—people, places, and things of Toril and Realmspace. Think a Guiness Book of World Records for the Realms. I'll worry about sorting and categorizing them later; for now, I am just starting a giant list here:

Ooh, that sounds fun. Do you want us to post findings here or directly at the project site? I can think of:

• Most powerful spell (and presumably most foolish application of a spell): Karsus's avatar (being the only 12th-level arcanist spell
• Largest mountain range and highest mountains in Zakhara: World Pillar Mountains
• Most long-lasting empire of Zakhara: Yikarian Empire (900 years in 1367 DR)
• Calimport, you are the largest here so true. But Huzuz beyond the mountains in Zakhara is four times more populous than you. Huzuz had a permanent population of 800,000 in 1367 DR (and another 800,000 pilgrims during that season). Other dates and sources have other records, though - compare Waterdeep.

And I stumbled upon something very specific

• Largest collection of scrolls of protection against petrification is owned by Asgetrion from Arabel
