I've been using the last one in the "External Links" section of the appendix. |Hmm, what I'm trying to do for my [[Almari bint-Kafira]] article is link to wikipedia to their article on sambuks, which are a type of ship ... but I want the link to appear like regular FR Wiki links in article so it would read [[sambuk]]s.
