Use the following template for a nicely presented post:

I quite liked the way that Wookieepedia do their image information, and quite disliked the way that some of ours is quite messy, such as File:Alustriel.jpg, compared to starwars:File:Isard.jpg, so I have created the {{Information}} template so that we can easily apply this to all images.
As usual, I'm looking for feedback on whether this is good to go or whether anything needs changing!

I don't see why applying it to that particular file would be a problem. It looks okay, despite being a really really long URL!
I have made the use of the new template into a proposal at Forgotten Realms Wiki:Uploading images/Proposal 2012-03-25 so do use the talk page there if you'd like to see it changed at all.
Unfortunately it's going to be really hard to let people know they need to use the template, as Wikia has been rather nonchalant about the fact that the default upload functionality doesn't allow individual wikis to provide guidelines, which is disappointing.
Shouldn't be too much of a problem to convert, as long as the source and credit is given.
