So, to post something we need to get the information from a trusted source of D&D, but write it out in our own words to avoid copyright? Also, is that the same for pictures? Do they need to be originally drawn or can you submit them straight from the internet?

Yes, the canon and licensed D&D sources must be wholly rewritten, not even partially copied. Pictures are a different matter, they can't be reproduced. They can be copied from the books and galleries, but they should be reduced in size and resolution a little, so they're not as good as any copyrighted originals, while still being legible and clear enough for our purposes. Images that WotC has released as promotional images can be used whole.

Okay, we deleted your last Bakekujira article because (1) it was copied from a Pathfinder source and (2) it was a Pathfinder source. This is a D&D and Forgotten Realms wiki, we don't cover Pathfinder. Please take it to the Pathfinder Wiki.
