In our world, Monday, August 1st, 2016 will be Shieldmeet in the Forgotten Realms. Would the FR Wiki community like to do anything to mark the occasion? Ideas anyone? I don't know if it is easy to do or not, but I was thinking we could turn on the Chat feature for a day or three and have our own gathering of sorts. It would be kinda nice to talk directly to one another by setting up a schedule when folks would try to be on-line at the same time. Monday might not be good for everybody, but Midsummer is the day before (Sunday, July 31st), so we could perhaps schedule times that whole weekend leading up to Shieldmeet.
Wait, you want us to actually communicate in real time... I thought all you guys were just voices in my head for the last... FIVE years... Great Ao, I have been checking this crumby site everyday for five years... wow, I need to get a life... buy a house, get a dog... marry someone willing... wait, I have all those things... well, I guess I can get back to editing this wiki :) Movie, I really like your idea, my friend!

Don't forget that our editors range from the Pacific coast of the US (GMT-8) to western Australia (GMT+8) and much in-between. Timing will be verrry difficult.
Sounds fun, but as noted above, the time zones will prove tricky ... unless anyone knows a chronomancer?
