Use the following template for a nicely presented post:

I think that the footnotes look a lot better and take up less space when they're smaller. I have made them small on the Moonstars article, but this will require editing each article to get them like this, unless it's possible to edit the global stylesheet. What does everyone think of the smaller footnotes?

I agree that the smaller ones look better (especially when we're talking 5-6 or more references), an alternative could also be to put references in scroll boxes.

I think scroll boxes are kind of ugly though! With references right near the bottom of the article, you would need to scroll to see them anyway, most of the time, right?
