- cards that are tagged Forgotten Realms never contain information specific to other settings
- cards that are tagged Forgotten Realms and also do not contain any information tying them to Toril (i.e. they may as well be core cards if not for the tag) also never contain information specific to other settings
(There is one exception to the above, where a Greyhawk character's weapon card is mistakenly tagged Forgotten Realms. A mistake seems unlikely here since all of the Nellie Thursday cards are tagged.)
With that in mind, I don't see any reason to assume the subjects of these tagged cards aren't valid for the Forgotten Realms. I would, however, encourage you to comb through the Polyhedron articles in question for evidence to the contrary. From a very cursory reading, the adventures in question seem take place on Olympus, an "alternate" Prime Material world, and a pocket plane named "Kansas." The final adventure mentions a hamlet named "Murrow's Dell," which I can't find any corroborating sources for (then again, it is just a tiny hamlet).
So there you go: unless you can find evidence to the contrary, a good case can be made for the "Experience Preferred" adventures being Realmsian.
