One of the articles in the latest issue of Dragon+ gives a statblock and writeup for the Terror of Undermountain. Per the Canon policy, this creature may fall within the uppermost "tier", as it arguably comes from a Realms-based magazine article. However, to my knowledge, there's been no precedent for the Adobe Photoshop contest it came out of. Is this creature canon?

There is nothing to indicate the opposite, so I agree that the creature is canon.
