Well, it's been a long time coming but we're finally almost at our 1000th 'proper' article! Check out the article count near the bottom of the front page. We have a lot more articles than that, but it only counts the ones that are 'proper' articles, ie not too short or not discussions or categories. Good work everyone. I think there's still quite some way to go!

And there was much rejoicing - and even more work on the horizon. I agree we still have tons to do, but considering the number of editors here I think what we've done is impressive so far - keep up the good work everyone :)
Less than a month later and it's 1700+ Now that's exceptional and exponential!

Look at Special:Statistics, we just reached the 2000 mark with the page Erevis Cale, everyone give themselves a pad on the shoulder :)

It seems after 3000 the wind has been knocked from our sails. No one's been around much lately (myself included). Hope to see some of the regulars' names back on the recent edits page. Cheers!

Real life caught up with me I'm afraid and it's a pretty busy time of year in my line of work so I won't be around as much for a while. It's good to see that the progress has not entirely stagnated, so a big well done to everyone keeping it going right now!
