- In the default Wikia skin, it's the menu bar at the bottom of the window or tab in your browser. The right-most option is a gear symbol and the word "Customize". You can minimize the bar by clicking the double down-pointing chevron icon at the far right of the bar. This does not show up in the monobook skin.
