Fourfinger was a Netherese arcanist that specialized in water- and weather-related magic.[1]
Description[]
Fourfinger was an expert variator who did not associate with other arcanists. Mostly living as a lone wolf, the mage spent much of his time devoted to spell invention.[1]
Personality[]
He enjoyed the presence of storms, some of which he may have summoned himself.[2]
History[]
The weather specialist was born in 1804 NY (−2055 DR).[1] He invented spells, starting with enchanted weapon in 1850 NY (−2009 DR) and then moved onto water spells such as lower water and part water later. In 1862 NY (−1997 DR), he developed the control weather spell,[3] and one year later, he passed.[1]
Rumors & Legends[]
The inhabitants of Scourge believed that Fourfinger was the cause of the bad quality of the air, which they called rust. After Fourfinger passed, the rusty air still persisted.[1] Many also believed that he was cause of the great storms that wracked the area.[2]
