Fovem was a thief and a seller of black market goods from the city of Athkatla in Amn in the late 14th century DR.[1]

He was a human man who worse tan and brown thieves garb and leathers.[1]

Fovem offered items at reduced prices. His stock included several types of weapons and armor, including dangerous potions of explosions.[1]
History[]
In the Year of the Gauntlet, 1369 DR, Fovem peddled his illicit goods in Athkatla's Wave District, just outside the Galvarey Estate, secretly a Harper safehouse. He also offered information on the city and its goings-on for a price of 50 gold pieces. Fovem was not affiliated with the Shadow Thieves of Athkatla nor the new emergent mysterious rival guild; however, he claimed that the Grandmaster of the Shadow Thieves sat on the Council of Six and Renal the Bloodscalp ran the guild's daily activities.[1]
