The Glittering Spires was a mountain range found in the northern reaches of the Hordelands.[1]

The Glittering Spires bordered Yal Tengri, shielding much of the Plain of Horses to the east from the frigid breeze of the sea, and likewise sheltered the Umberwood. The mountain range was enclosed by the Winterflow River to the south and terminated near the mouth of the Arundi River in the north.[1]

Flora & Fauna[]

Iron dragons were known to lair in the spires,[3] and Copper dragons likewise.[4]

Trade[]

The Golden Way began in the Ni-Ko Oasis between the Glittering Spires and the Swordrise Mountains and went west to Thesk.[5]

Notable Locations[]

Violet Spire, the tower of Yaravindar Ipurnos it lay in the western mountains and had neither doors nor stairs.[6]

Inhabitants[]

Delmyr, a remote and little-known kingdom of hin was confined to the woods and the eastern flank of the mountain range.[7]

Pleasant Valley Gateway Oasis, a community of dissident elves from Sossal, they live in the oasis of the same name on the southwestern slopes of the mountain range.[8]
