Golden szorp was a species of tiny fish that inhabited the Lake Glorfindar in the Starmetal Hills, as well as in the Sea of Moonshae, and remained active through the winter months under the lake's ice.[1][2]

Golden szorp was a tiny creature not used in cooking. They were a rare baitfish beloved by other bigger species of fish consumed in the north.[1]
Ecology[]
Golden szorp fishes were sought after during the annual Simril celebration in Twilight Tor. They were used to fish for bigger edible species such as brown bream, blackjaw, candlefish, and durgrace.[1]
