Govinda lived in the fortress of Luntse Dzong in Khazari during the mid–14th century DR.[1]
Activities[]
Govinda commanded the forces of Luntse Dzong within Ahs Trango Shan. He utilized 150 warriors and 50 monks to insure the pass into eastern Khazari was secure.[1]
