The Great Worm tribe were a group of Uthgardt barbarians.[3]

The tribe's territory encompassed the mountains surrounding Great Worm Cavern, along with the Fell Pass, the Frost Hills, the Lurkwood, and even the northern areas of the Silver Marches.[2]
The ancestral mound of the Great Worm tribe was the Great Worm Cavern,[3][2] located in the Valley of Khedrun in the Spine of the World mountains.[1]
History[]
In the late 15th century DR, the tribe came under the influence of the exceptionally brutal leader, Great Chief Wormblod.[2]
