Gunther or Thomas was a cleric of Torm residing in Stag Falls during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

Between him and the wizard Calmishandra, they'd cast continual light, magic mouth, and alarm spells to guard the Stag Falls castle.[2]
Personality[]
Gunther (or Thomas) was pious, and willing to die for his duty.[1]
Possessions[]
He was known to have worn a helmet and orange plate armor at the time of his death.[1]
History[]
Thomas (or Gunther) was the village priest of Torm during the spring when the vampire wizard Romanisk Vlaensk was released from his imprisonment under Stag Falls; after the vampire took control of Baron Vilhelm von Stag Falls and began terrorizing the town, the villagers decided to flee for the hills, but Gunther was convinced his duty was to remain in town.[1]
He met a grim fate for his convictions;[2] adventurers later found his body hewed apart, and his temple torched and defiled, by the Baron's men.[1]
Rumors[]
The guards who slew him believed that he was staging a rebellion. This was not true.[1]
