Gurdats was a dish made in Faerûn. They were pan-fried mushrooms with a melted cheese batter and spiced with pepper.[1]

Gurdats were sold at the A Pair of Black Antlers tavern in Elturel around 1366 DR[1] as well as at The Seven-Stringed Harp in Secomber.[2]
