Gwynn was a prominent mage who specialized in inventive spells.[2]
History[]
In −909 DR, Gwynn invented the spell feign death, which was originally known as Gwynn's feign death. About a hundred years later, the arcanist invented another spell, vampiric touch, which was also originally named after Gwynn, and was known as Gwynn's vampirism.[2]
Circa −700 DR, Gwynn's name was shouted along with those of other prominent arcanists by Sysquemalyn when she and Candlemas tried to escape the Nine Hells.[1]
