Haffa was a clever, intuitive, and soft-spoken individual. He was also charismatic with other humanoids. Haffa did not tolerate laziness: he paid well and his employees had to be efficient their work. His main code was the "bottom line"; nobody under him could cross that line or they would face brutal consequences.[1]

Haffa managed Haffa's Flatbacks, a company that supplied porters and delivery service, mostly goblins or similar creatures.[1]
