Halassiter Ahrlan was a fletcher and retired warrior inhabiting Waterdeep, the City of Splendors, during the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

Halassiter was the guildmaster for the Fellowship of Bowyers and Fletchers circa 1357 DR. He held the title of "Master of the Bow" within the guild and worked out of the Citadel of the Arrow, which was their headquarters on Burnt Wagon Way in the Trades Ward.[1]
