Hanseath was the lesser dwarven deity of war, carousing, and alcohol.[3][note 1]

Description

Hanseath was known as "the Bearded One" for the thick hair that obscured most of his face. He represented the festive side of dwarven culture.[3]

Relationships

Hanseath ordered his followers to wage war against the typical enemies of dwarves such as goblinoids, orcs, giants, and drow.[3]

Worshipers

Brewers held him in high regard, as did dwarf barbarians and any other dwarf who charged headlong into battle heedless of odds.[3]

Appendix

Notes

  1. Hanseath originates from the "setting-neutral" sourcebook Races of Stone and it is as such unclear to what extent, if any, he is worshiped within the Forgotten Realms setting.
