Harooga was the greater spirit of the Celestial Bureaucracy governing the island of Akari in the Prioto Island of Kara-Tur. She was the most powerful spirit of all the Prioto Islands.[1][2]
History[]
She was captured by the evil Opawang and trapped in a pocket dimension.[1]
In Shou Year 2607 (1357 DR), however, an adventuring party hired by governor Ko Lei Kho to destroy the Ochimo also fought and killed the Opawang, freeing Harooga, who quickly destroyed the lair of the Opawang.[3]
