Hazlik was a Red Wizard Darklord of Hazlan in the Demiplane of Dread who formerly lived in Thay.[1]
History
Hazlik was a medium Red Wizards of Thay of the Evocation school. In his rise to power he became enemy of the necromancer Thantosya. Hazlik coveted her lover Orliab but this was the start of his fall. Orliab, under orders from Thantosya, manipulated Hazlik luring he in a trap. Captured by his enemies Hazlik was tattooed with feminine tattoo, making him a pariah among fellow red wizards. Full of ire he killed Orliab and tortured to death Thantosya. In search of more of his enemies was claimed by the Dark Powers and arrived in Demiplane of Dread where become the ruler of a own domain, Hazlan. He also become one of the most powerful spellcaster of Ravenloft.[1]
