Hedrun Arnsfirth was the Chosen of Auril in Icewind Dale in 1484 DR.[1]
History
Hedrun born in the Tribe of the Elk (Icewind Dale) as daughter of Soren Arnsfirth. In young age she was promised to Olaf Tormhaalt, son oh the tribe's shaman. However when her chosen's powers first manifested Hedrun accidentally killed Olaf and for this was banished from the tribe. Her powers permitted her to survive in the winter and now full of fury and vengeance's desire full Hedrun embraced the will of Auril. So she start gathered an army of animals and monsters. Soon even the Tribe of the Bear (Icewind Dale) pledged themselves to the Ice Witch. They started constructed a temple to Auril in the old lair of Ingeloakastimizilian. Soon Hedrun started a real war in the Icewind Dale with her troops attacking all communities. So the Ten Towns declared war to her. In response she send an army to attack Bryn Shander and meantime send her father as envoy to the Elk Tribe demanding their submission. In the end however an adventurers party defeated her[1]
