Helm Dwarf-Friend is the ruler of Sundabar[1] and a member of the Council of 12 Peers.[2]
History
- Helm first gained notoriety when he was a the war-captain of the Bloodaxe Mercenary Company, his valiant campaigns earned him popularity in Sundabar.In 1355 DR, Helm became the sixth Ruling Master of the city of Sundabar.[3]
