Herald's call was a spell used by bards and harper scouts.[1]
Effects[]
When cast, the spell allowed the caster to daze a crowd of creatures. During casting, the spell created a very loud authoritative shout. Any creature with 30 ft (9.1 m) became dazed. Any creature beyond this radius heard the shout but were not affected by the spell.[1]
