Hesken-P'aj Symryvvin was the matron of the 18th house of Menzoberranzan and the most powerful priestess of Lolth in the city.[1]

Hesken-P'aj was chosen by the Spider Queen to declare her godly will to the twenty most powerful matrons in the year of 1361 DR after a yochlol announced that peace should be among the houses.[1]
