Hold undead was a divine alteration and invocation spell from the protection sphere that enabled the caster to hold several corporeal undead.[1]
Effects[]
The caster could hold 1–4 undead in place for up to five minutes provided they were within a cube measuring 20 feet (6.1 meters) to each side. The hold would be broken if the undead was attacked in any manner.[1]
Components[]
In addition to verbal and somatic components, this spell required as a material component the priest's holy symbol to cast.[1]
History[]
A Netherese arcanist named Prug developed this spell in 2188 NY (−1671 DR).[2]
