Hothemer Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Hothemer.[1][2][5]
Location[]
The Hothemer Villa was located in the North Ward of Waterdeep,[1][2][3][6][7] on side of Aveen Street and Suldown Street. It stood down the road from the Wands Villa.[3][4]
Structure[]
Like many Waterdhavian villas, this was a walled estate featuring a landscaped garden.[6][note 1] Inside the walls of the estate were two high-quality buildings that both stood three stories tall,[1][2] one being the mansion proper and the other a guesthouse.[6]
