Ilvastarr Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Ilvastarr.[1][2][3]

Location[]

The villa was located in the east section of Waterdeep's North Ward. It sat on southeast side of the intersection where Suldown Street met Saerdoun Street. A small portion of the west side of the villa abutted Nindabar Street.[4][5][6][7]

Description[]

The walled compound contained five buildings arranged around a central garden. The buildings were two and three storys tall.[3]
